... I want to share a quick thing I do that helps me accept myself. It's not a fix-all but it helps me to get back on track.
There is a pressure point below the collarbone and if you stroke it (side doesn't matter) it will help to accept yourself and your feelings. It eases the emotion.
As I said, sadly it's not a button to switch off your anxiety-brain, but I wanted to share in case it's as helpful to someone as it was for me.
